Chicago Climate Exchange is operating an emissions trading program in the U.S., as well as dealing in carbon offsets in sinks. Several large companies are involved including Ford, Dupont, as well as some public sector entities like the City of Chicago.

Evolution Markets This brokerage firm is active in a number of environmental markets (e.g., the sulfur dioxide emissions allowances market), and is just entering into the carbon emissions markets.
